Here Are All the Movies Leaving HBO in November
You have just over a month left to watch the American Pie movies, Face/Off and 14 other films before they depart HBO.
Since HBO is renowned for its TV offerings in the 21st Century, it’s easy to forget that it started out as a cable channel that primarily showed movies. It still does, of course, filling many hours of its programming schedule with relatively recent releases and older favorites alike.
But its offerings are always changing, and as HBO gets ready to welcome Batman in a big way in November, it will also bid adieu to 17 movies at the end of the month.
Most notable among the departures is the 2015 blockbuster Jurassic World. Even dinosaurs that have been brought back from extinction, it seems, don’t stick around forever.
None of the other films exiting the HBO rotation are quite that high profile, but most of them are recognizable names. Here’s the complete list:
