What’s on HBO This Weekend 11/7 – 11/8

October is over, so scary moves return to the back seat. Comedy takes the Saturday night movie in Unfinished Business staring Vince Vaughn and Dave Franco. World Championship Boxing returns following Unfinished Business with a title fight between Timothy Bradley and Brandon Rios.
Then on Sunday, The Leftovers enters its second half of the season with episode 16 entitled “Lens.” Immediately following The Leftovers, 30-minute comedy Getting On premiers its third season. Here’s the full weekend lineup of new programming on HBO:
Saturday 11/7
Unfinished Business – 8:00 p.m.
HBO Description: Small-business owner Vince Vaughn takes his quest to land a make-or-break client to Europe where things unravel in every way possible. Finding the company up against his former boss, Vaughn and his two screwball associates–retiree Tom Wilkinson and naive newby Dave Franco–endure one insane situation after another as they try to land the account. World Championship Boxing – 9:30 p.m.
HBO Description: It’s Timothy Bradley (32-1-1, 12 KOs) vs. Brandon Rios (33-2-1, 23 KOs) in a 12-round welterweight championship fight in the headline event of this HBO boxing doubleheader. In the opening bout, world featherweight titleholder Vasyl Lomachenko (4-1, 2 KOs) takes on Romulo Koasicha (25-4, 14 KOs) in a 126-lb. clash.
24/7 Cotto/Canelo #1 – 11:45 p.m.
HBO Description: Follow elite middleweight superstars Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alvarez on the road to their highly anticipated November 21 showdown. Each of the two shows will provide behind-the-scenes access, along with in-depth interviews, as the fighters prepare for their first encounter.
Sunday 11/8
The Leftovers – 9:00 p.m.
HBO Description: Some unexpected visitors get under Nora’s skin, and she becomes preoccupied with a burning question about herself. Kevin’s predicament becomes impossible to ignore. Erika finds an unlikely ally and reveals some haunting secrets. (TVMA)
Getting On – 10:00 p.m. (Season 3 Premier)
HBO Description: Season Three Premiere. As Dr. Jenna James looks to move past her hospice scandal, she finds her job threatened by a handsome new doctor and takes immediate action. DiDi is inspired to fight for her union rights, while cutbacks force Patsy to return to floor duty. Dawn questions her marriage and, later, gets some distressing news. (TVMA)
