It’s all smiles for Brienne of Tarth in this first look at Gwendolyn Christie filming Game of Thrones season 7.

Based on the photo, it looks like our favorite warrior is getting some armor put on and is readying for a battle. The scenery outside is looking pretty bleak so we assume that Brienne is in the North, more specifically Winterfell since that is where we last saw her fulfilling her oath to protect Sansa Stark.

Tormund Giantsbane is striking a pose is Winterfell in this shot for season 7. We are very curious about the storyline David Benioff and D. B. Weiss are going to come up for our favorite wildling.

We all know that this hilarious photo of potential couple Tormund and Brienne made waves as being one of the only photos from that last wave with actual character. We have a feeling that we are going to see a lot more of Brienne and Tormund crossing paths in Winterfell and we hope that at least one happy couple gets together in Winterfell after last season’s Bolton takeover.
