5 questions we need answered from the Game of Thrones season 7 trailer
By Corey Smith
Jon Snow, the new King in the North, has but a few scenes in the new trailer. The ones he does have though, are rather good. Aside from shoving Littlefinger by the throat up against a wall a la Ned Stark, Jon appears to be running from something north of the Wall. And he looks terrified. Terrified. So who or what might he be running from?
If Jon is north of the Wall as we suspect, then the White Walkers and their army of wights are the likely culprits. Sure, there might be some wildlings about that didn’t head south and still bear a grudge against Jon, and/or Tormund (who we can see running alongside Jon), but the White Walkers are the only ones likely to instill that much fear in seasoned warriors like Jon and Tormund.
A massive army of the undead is the only thing we see instilling that kind of fear in Jon and Tormund, but what exactly are they doing north of the Wall? Why would they risk meeting the White Walkers on open terrain, when they could just meet them at the Wall? And is that ice they are running on? Too many questions here.
