5 American Gods Predictions for episode 6, “A Murder of Gods”

2. Confirmation that Wednesday is the god Odin.

Media and Mr. World made is fairly clear in “Lemon Scented You” that Wednesday is the ancient Viking god Odin when they told him that they would be able to create a touristy space station in his name. But, we think that by next week Wednesday has some serious explaining to do to Shadow (who is still stuck in the processing phase).

We have a feeling that Wednesday is going reveal all his secrets, his past and who exactly he is by next week as the war comes to a head.

3. Shadow Moon is finally going to accept his world.

Along with Wednesday revealing his true self, we also think it’s about time for Shadow to come to terms with his new god-filled reality. Even though it’s only been five episodes, there’s only so much “is this happening?” And “is this reality?” We can take from one man.

And, with his wife Laura, now so open to the possibilities of the strange we are hoping that by next week she (or anyone at this point) will prepare Shadow for the war to come and not just leave him in the dark like Wednesday has been doing.
