It’s no secret that HBO’s Game of Thrones is one of the most deadly shows on TV.  In fact, someone recently made a 21-minute video recapping all 150, 966 deaths that took place in the lands of Westeros and Essos during the past 6 seasons.

In light of all this death and doom, we have some predictions of who will kick the bucket during the highly anticipated seventh season, which is premiering on July 16, 2017. Since this season has been hyped to be the biggest, most dramatic season yet, we think that death could be knocking on anyone’s door with even the most popular, fan-favorite characters like Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) at risk. Here is a look at the five characters we think won’t be making it to the final eighth season (WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILERS AND SPECULATION AHEAD):

1. Sansa Stark

Poor Sansa (Sophie Turner) has been a phrase uttered by every Game of Thrones fan since the first season as we watched the poor girl suffer through watching her father beheaded, her torment-filled time living in King’s Landing as Joffrey’s (Jack Gleeson) plaything and her abusive marriage to Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon). While the end of last season placed Sansa in a position of power after killing Ramsay and aligning herself with Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen), Westeros is a place where those who gain power and start to win at the game of thrones tend to fall hard and fast.

We have a feeling that Sansa is going to tragically die this season. Even though her alliance with Littlefinger has placed her in a position of power for the first time in her life, it’s Littlefinger and everyone knows that he can’t be trusted. It’s a dangerous game that Sansa is playing and we have no doubts that Littlefinger will be the first to throw her under the bus if his power over House Arryn is compromised in any way. There is also a chance that Sansa will betray the Stark family, which was teased in the new trailer released today, that would leave her as the “lone wolf” who dies alone.

That being said, we can also see Sansa dying in a very undramatic and simple way: a shocking accident, a casualty in a skirmish with a white walker, getting caught in the crossfire of the impending war between the North and the South, anything that would set the normally stoic and calm Jon Snow over the edge to fully engage in war.
