5. Sansa Stark – 50%

Listen, we freely admit we might be completely off our rockers with this one, but hear us out. Ordinarily, we wouldn’t even dream of putting Sansa in the top 25 characters likely to die, let alone the top five. But there a couple factors that have us worried for the Lady of Winterfell.

First and foremost, this is a season finale. All bets are off in a season finale. We’ve seen titans like Tywin Lannister, Margaery Tyrell and even Jon Snow die in a season finale. Adding to that, show producers have been adamant that the current rivalry between Sansa and Arya will have a violent conclusion. they could, of course, be pulling our chains, but the ground work is there.

To top that all off, Arya seems to be legitimately unhinged. Sansa might not have done enough to deserve death at this point, but that could change quickly. We aren’t saying Sansa will attempt to steal Jon’s kingship, but if Sansa were to believe Arya is intent on murdering her, she could take the very actions that provoke Arya. Sansa could seek to consolidate power as a means to protect herself, and yet still be attempting to steal Jon’s kingship in Arya’s eyes. A self-fulfilling prophecy so to speak.

We hope the sisters could simply talk things out, but the situation could spiral out of control very quickly. Especially with Arya’s tendency to murder first and ask questions later.
