Entertainment Weekly reveals 16 all-new photos from The Walking Dead season 8

The Walking Dead season 8 draws ever closer, and to celebrate, Entertainment Weekly has released 16 all-new character photos.

Mark your calendars, October 22, is the day The Walking Dead will return to AMC for its eighth season, starting with the 100th episode of the show. For such a milestone accomplishment, one might expect the showrunners to insert a little chaos, death and mayhem to make it a little more unforgettable than past season premieres.

Entertainment Weekly recently released 16 all-new photos from The Walking Dead season 8, and they show a very grim cast, preparing for all out war. Check them out:

While these all largely appear to be promotional photos, there can be some information gleaned from them. Rick seems to be taking aim at someone or something next to the group’s RV that once belonged to Dale.

Dwight and his horribly burned face figure to play a prominent role in season 8. If you remember, it was Dwight who approached Rick and Daryl, offering to help take Negan down.

Much like his father, Carl Grimes is ready to shoot whatever comes his way.

Rosita is still holding a grudge against the Saviors and Negan for Abraham’s death. Maybe now, she carries the guilt of Sasha’s sacrifice on her shoulders as well.
