1. Problems between Dalton and Pablo

The final thing to note about Ash vs. Evil Dead “Booth Three,” it is that Pablo (Ray Santiago) is still having problems. The tattoos and marks left by evil are causing him great pain, but he won’t tell anyone. That is good because Dalton (Lindsay Farris) knows that anyone marked by evil will become a demon sooner or later.

Pablo already doesn’t like Dalton because he showed up with Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo). Now, Pablo really doesn’t like Dalton because he considers Pablo untrustworthy thanks to the markings. Dalton even tells Kelly that the day will come that they will need to kill Pablo, or Pablo will kill them.

Pablo, meanwhile, has a vision. What might be one of his ancestors shows up, naked and wearing a tribal mask (the second nude scene of the episode after the sperm bank scenes). The being tells Pablo that he ignored his uncle before, but they are the only ones who can save him from the markings and the evil that is coming.

It looks like while Ash, Pablo, Kelly and Dalton are fighting evil and trying to protect Brandy from Ruby and evil babies, we will also have to deal with Pablo and Dalton bickering back-and-forth.

This week’s episode of Ash vs. Evil Dead was not as good as the season 3 premiere, but it had some amazing practical gore and effects (especially the demon baby) and some very disgusting moments (the sperm bank). Hopefully, next week can get back to the same quality surrounding the gore that the premiere offered.
