Arrow – “Doppelgänger”

"ROY HARPER RETURNS — Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) are shocked to hear that Roy Harper (guest star Colton Haynes) is back in Star City. However, when they discover the circumstances of Roy’s return, Oliver and Thea realize that Roy is in trouble and jump in to save him. Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) makes a shocking decision."

Arrow needs a win and “Doppelgänger,” look like it might be the answer to some of their problems. Based off of the sneak peek, it appears as though “NTA” won’t have much to do this week which is already a step in the right direction.

It’s been a poorly kept secret that Willa Holland would be departing the show after this season, and hopefully, the series has done right by one of their strongest cast members with a well-written exit alongside fan-favorite, Roy Harper.

Gotham – “A Beautiful Darkness”

"Ivy (guest star Peyton List) tracks a secret project on which Wayne Enterprises is working and begins to target anyone that can give her information. Meanwhile, Jerome (guest star Cameron Monaghan) becomes obsessed with Penguin in Arkham. Also, Gordon begins to second guess his deal with Sofia and an unsettling dream sequence shakes up Bruce."

It’s the episode that every Gotham fan has been waiting for, the return of Jerome. The series made headlines when they announced that Cameron Monaghan’s unhinged criminal isn’t their version of the Joker, but promised that fans would get to see the infamous villain this season.

However, he’s not the only big comic book name to appear in “A Beautiful Darkness,” with the sneak peek above showing Batman appearing in a dream to Bruce Wayne.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. – “The Real Deal”

"In the milestone 100th episode, Coulson finally reveals the mysterious deal he made with Ghost Rider, which will impact everyone on the S.H.I.E.L.D. team."

Details have been kept under wraps for the 100th episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. but the hour already looks action-packed. Hive and Lash have both been confirmed to return however it’s unclear what they’re part will be in the whole story. However, Daisy’s angry reaction about SHIELD hints that the deal Coulson made with Ghost Rider is not going to be one that sits well with the team.

With the exception of some of the CW shows, the sneak peek for this week’s Hero Report promises a lot of solid outings. Hopefully, the series can live up to the hype of their promos, but even the short synopses are exciting.

With so many more superhero shows debuting this spring, these long-standing network series will have to work hard in order to keep viewership up.
