02.02 – Inside Out

Marjorie poses as a lawyer, telling the superintendent of the prison – Duane Harding – that Marius’ and Pete’s files and photos are mixed up, making Pete Murphy late for release. This functions partly as a distraction to do some social media research on Harding’s administrator to get her out of the office. Marius calls Harding from her phone while she’s away, telling him that hackers switched Marius’ and Pete’s pictures.

To avoid a scandal, Marius suggests to Harding that he release Pete Murphy so that Marjorie won’t go to the Governor or the media about the mix-up. He sends him a forged authorization from the commissioner. They release Pete, but unofficially by leaving him behind during trash pick up duty.

Taylor tells Audrey to replace her broken headlights from a salvage yard while he checks the evidence locker and finds traces of broken headlight glass. Audrey investigates the first crash site for broken glass but is noticed by a local man. Meanwhile, a specialist from the NYPD – Joyce Roby – comes to piece Winslow’s case together and makes Taylor her assistant.

Julia tries to launder Dockery’s money through family friend Luis, but he asks her to bail out a friend of his who is a flight risk. She asks for 24 hours to decide. Carly discovers that Winslow is dead and wants to know what happened and if the mysterious Marius Josipovic is involved. Otto enlists Sam’s help to tow the housepainter’s car away from Moe’s. Sean suspects Shannon and Taylor are having an affair and hires Sam to investigate.
