What/If: Louis Herthum and Dave Annable cast in Netflix thriller drama series
By Ariba Bhuvad
Westworld’s Louis Herthum and Brother and Sisters alum Dave Annable are set to appear in Netflix social thriller drama series, What/If.
What/If sounds extremely riveting and intriguing simply based on its premise. This new Netflix social thriller will be an anthology series focused on when “acceptable people do unacceptable things” and what the downstream effect of those actions are.
It was announced that Dave Annable of Brothers and Sisters will be joining the cast opposite Renee Zellweger, Blake Jenner, and Jane Levy along with new cast member Louis Herthum of Westworld who will play a recurring role in What/If.
As reported by Deadline, each season “will tackle a different morality tale inspired by the culturally consequential source material and the power of a single fateful decision to change the trajectory of an entire life.” Sounds pretty darn interesting, right?

The first season will be 10 episodes and focus on Levy’s character, Lisa, and Jenner’s character, Sean, who are newlyweds that get caught up with a woman played by Zellweger. They will accept a proposition from her that could result in a lot of trouble for the couple.
Annable is set to play a character by the name of Dr. Ian Harris, but no other information has been revealed at this time.
Herthum will play a character named Foster who is Anne’s (Zellweger) right-hand man. This is Herthum’s first major TV role after playing the titular character of Peter Abernathy on HBO’s Westworld.
Coming up, Herthum will be seen in Lionsgate’s I Still See You and Screen Gems’ Cadaver. So suffice to say, the days of Peter Abernathy are long behind him!
What/If was created by Revenge’s Mike Kelley and then developed into a series by himself and his producing partner Melissa Loy along with Alex Gartner of Atlas Entertainment. Kelley is also the creator, writer, and showrunner of the series!
