The Protector – December 14

This Turkish series is perfect for fans of Supernatural. All you have to do is read the synopsis and anyone who has ever seen Supernatural will immediately think of Supernatural.

It’s about a young man who gains special powers from a talismanic keepsake and sets off on a quest to protect humanity from dark supernatural forces.

He also sets out to uncover the secrets of his past. All you would have to do is add a gruff, tough-loving brother and you have yourself a CW series.

Perfume – December 21

I saw the title of this series and wondered if it was anything like the movie Perfume: The Story of a Murderer.

That movie was about a man with an incredible sense of smell who sets out to create the ultimate perfume by distilling the scent of women he’s killed.

This series does look kind of like that, except it looks like its more dark and twisted than twisted and charming.

It follows the murder investigation of a woman found with the scent glands removed from her body. So I guess not really like the movie, but intriguing.

Plus, it’s another German crime drama.
