The second season of Netflix’s dark and twisty Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will drop next April. Check out the teaser trailer below!

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina fans won’t have to wait long to see their favorite teen witch again. As previously announced, a holiday special, “A Midwinter’s Tale,” will be released December 14.

And now, Netflix has revealed the drop date for season two: April 5, 2019.

It seems the new season will pick up shortly after the winter solstice-themed special. In the trailer, an excited Sabrina teases that “it’s a new year.” A new year with new adventures… and new love triangles.

More from Netflix

Sabrina and Harvey can be seen Netflix and chilling in the trailer, but it seems that a difficult road lies ahead for “Harbrina” and their shippers. Sabrina and her Academy of the Unseen Arts’ classmate Gavin will be getting closer as will Harvey and Jaz.

In the trailer, Sabrina and Gavin can be seen dancing together at a decadent party, surrounded by shirtless guys, and later kissing. Harvey and Jaz, meanwhile, can be seen having a moment at Baxter High.

Jaz is leaning against a locker as Harvey slowly takes off her glasses. Pan to Sabrina, who is walking down presumably the same hallway, and then stops dead in her tracks.

Sabrina is adding at least two new cast members to the season two roster. Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel alum Alexis Denisof will play Adam Master. He is Ms. Wardell’s boyfriend, who has been away from Greendale on business and thus is not aware his girlfriend is dead and being possessed by Madam Satan.

Jedidiah Goodacre, who most recently appeared in the last season of The Originals, will play Dorian Gray, a mysterious nightclub owner who bears striking similarities to a certain Oscar Wilde protagonist.

Ahead of season two, Sabrina will be getting into the Satanic holiday spirit with her family and friends in “A Midwinter’s Tale.” Per the logline, the solstice celebration won’t be all fun and games, though.

"On the longest night of the year, families gather around the yule fire to sing pagan carols and tell ghost stories. The holidays also are a time for guests and visitors — both welcome and unwelcome — and you never know who’ll drop down the chimney."

The special features a guest appearance by Mckenna Grace as “Li’l Sabrina.”

While Grace has numerous credits to her name, you may recognize as the younger version of many popular characters, including Theo in The Haunting of Hill House, Tonya Harding in I, Tonya and Emma Swan in Once Upon a Time.
