Pull out your finest cocktail dress and get ready for Return to Downton Abbey: A Grand Event.

Downton Abbey is returning in a big way in just a couple of weeks. Fans of the series are ecstatic and impatiently waiting for the story to continue on the big screen with all of our favorites returning. Yes, Carson, Mrs. Patmore, Mrs. Hughes, Mary, Edith, and the entire gang will be back to cater to the King and Queen of England (which seems to be the plot of the movie).

But wait Downton Abbey fans, we don’t just have the movie to look forward to, according to Deadline. That’s right, one night ahead of the Sept. 20th premiere, we can check out Return to Downton Abbey: A Grand Event–which will air on NBC.

Dancing with the Stars’ Derek Hough will be hosting and taking us through all the behind-the-scenes information we are dying to know about the movie. There’ll be cast interviews, a special look at what’s to come, and of course, how we can expect the series finale to connect with the beginning of the movie.

If you’ve forgotten where the series ended, it was more or less a happy ending for all. Remember Edith’s wedding?! Anna and Bates had a baby! Mrs. Hughes and Carson are in love! Ahh, so many gems to look back on.

For the movie, the cast and crew returned to Highclere Castle in England, to the place that all of us can instantly recognize from a far distance. And if you’ve watched the trailer, then you’ve heard the iconic Downton Abbey music playing in the background. Chills, I tell ya, chills.

You knew I was going to insert the trailer in here–I had to.

Next. The Handmaid’s Tale: A series follow-up in the works at Hulu. dark

It’s unclear what the premise of the movie will be, but what we do know is that the King and Queen of England are gracing the folks of Downton Abbey with their presence. Whatever could have brought them there? And why do we hear Mary contemplating the future of their home? We lots of questions, and luckily we’ll have our answers in just two weeks.

The countdown to NBC’s one-hour special and the movie premiere begins NOW!
