Get ready to see more Erica in Stranger Things season 4!

According to Deadline, Netflix has officially promoted Priah Ferguson to the main cast for the next season of Stranger Things. The move comes after Ferguson had a larger role throughout the third season and quickly became a favorite among viewers.

Ferguson joined the cast in season 2 in a small role as Erica Sinclair, the younger sister of Lucas. She saw an elevated role in the next season, and the decision to promote her to a series regular doesn’t come as a major surprise.

Unsurprisingly, Netflix is trying to keep as much about their hit show a secret. However, they dropped a teaser trailer recently which did spoil a major cliffhanger from the season 3 finale. Be sure to watch the video before scrolling below!

Warning: Teaser does contain spoilers for Stranger Things!

Yes, Hopper is alive! But he’s somewhere in Russia which might pose a bit of a problem since everyone believes he’s gone. Joyce Byers took Jonathan, Will, and a newly “orphaned” Eleven out of the state to get a fresh start. It’s unclear how Stranger Things plans to balance all of the new locations since there is a large chunk of the cast that currently won’t be in Hawkins when the fourth season picks up.

There is currently no premiere date set for season 4 but the speculation is that it will drop sometime in late summer or early fall.
