6. Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist
Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist is easily one of the most feel-good shows on Hulu right now. It doesn’t get much happier than a series about a woman who hears everyone around her spontaneously break out into perfectly choreographed musical numbers.

Zoey (played by the always charming Jane Levy) is a savvy computer coder who mysteriously begins to hear peoples’ innermost desires through song, but only she can listen to them. Zoey starts to question her sanity a little. After receiving some guidance from her musical neighbor, Zoey realizes that her unique talent could be a gift instead of a curse.
It’s a very sweet musical-comedy currently airing on NBC. There are only a few episodes out right now, and production has stalled due to the viral outbreak. That means you have plenty of time to get caught up.
5. Ugly Betty
America Ferrera may be known for Superstore these days, but she was amazing as Betty Suarez in this hilarious comedy-drama that aired on ABC for four seasons. Luckily for us, the complete series is available on Hulu.
It’s pretty short, too, meaning you could probably binge watch it in under two weeks. Even though the show was cut short, it does have a satisfying ending. It follows Betty, a plain Jane from Queens, New York, who lands a job at Mode magazine as Daniel’s (the editor) assistant.
Betty mainly gets hired because she’s the only person that Daniel won’t seduce. However, over time, the two form a fantastic friendship and help each other navigate their personal and professional lives.
