4. Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Not only is Brooklyn Nine-Nine one of the most feel-good shows on Hulu, but it might be the most feel-good show currently airing. If you’ve yet to check out the sitcom, now is a perfect time.

It follows the cops at Brooklyn’s 99th precinct, including the carefree Die Hard-obsessed Jake Peralta, devoted yogurt-loving Terry Jeffords, mysterious and effortlessly cool Rosa Diaz, perfectionist Amy Santiago, and Jake’s best friend, the goofy, but lovable, Charles Boyle.

They all work under the watchful, no-nonsense eye of Captain Holt. Plus, in the early seasons, you’ll get to know Chelsea Peretti’s fan-favorite character, Gina Linette. The series is still ongoing and currently in the middle of its seventh season.

3. One Tree Hill

One Tree Hill is a nine-season teen drama that aired on both The WB and The CW. While it may not be one of the most feel-good shows on Hulu in terms of comedy, it is a very tender and dramatic series that can go a little off the rails at times.

If you love soap opera plots and wacky villains that include a psychotic nanny and a fake half-brother, then One Tree Hill should be right up your alley. Many people watch at least once because of the characters. They’re so relatable and fun to watch with each other. Plus, the series has excellent family bonds and friendships.

Even in the darker moments, it’s all such frothy fun that it should easily distract you from anything heavy going on in your real life. The show begins with a simple premise, two half-brothers with a shared dad struggle to become friends after they’ve been turned against each other by their father for most of their lives. But when the two wind up on the same basketball team, they have to figure out a way to sink or swim.
