Brooklyn Nine Nine and the 6 best feel-good shows to stream on Hulu
By Mads Lennon
2. Younger
Younger is sort of like a modern version of Sex and the City. It stars Sutton Foster and Hilary Duff, which should be reason enough to watch one of the best feel-good shows on Hulu.
The show follows Liza Miller, a divorced 40-year-old woman who lies about her age to re-enter the publishing industry. She becomes the assistant of Empirical Press marketing head Diana Trout and befriends her co-worker, Kelsey Peters (Duff).
The show has come a long way since it began. The show has aired for six seasons and has been renewed for a seventh. It’s a short watch, so it shouldn’t take you long to binge it.
1. Parks and Recreation
If you’re a fan of shows like The Office, Superstore, or Brooklyn Nine-Nine, you shouldn’t miss out on Parks and Recreation. Most people made the natural leap from The Office to Parks back when it was still airing, but if you never got the chance to watch it, now is a perfect time.
Starring Amy Poehler, Adam Scott, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt, and Nick Offerman, Parks and Recreation is guaranteed to make you laugh over and over again. However, if you aren’t familiar with the series, I do recommend at least watching into season two before you make a final decision about it. The first season is a little rough around the edges, but the show really hits its groove in season two!
