4. Murder House Flip

For fans of true crime and shows such as Property Brothers, comes Quibi’s Murder House Flip. Two designers, Joelle Uzyel and Mikel Welch renovate homes that were once known for an infamous murder. I never thought I’d see a show that would merge two opposite interests so seamlessly.

Our premiere Murder House Flip episode shares the story of landlord Dorthea Puente. Puente would poison her elderly and mentally disabled tenants, in order to cash in their Social Security checks. Now, the current home-owners Tom Williams and Barbara Holmes can’t help but think about the murders when they sleep in their room — the place where Puente would keep the bodies, before burying them in the backyard.

Thankfully, Uzyel and Welch believe in giving homes a second chance. After remodeling, the two designers manage to make a once-sinister house into a comfortable home.

3. Punk’d

Fans of the early 2000’s prank-infested show should be excited to hear that Punk’d has made its return. Chance the Rapper has filled the shoes of Ashton Kutcher and has already started playing pranks on celebrities such as Meg the Stallion, Lil Nas X, Sabrina Carpenter, and Adam Devine.

Punk’d helped Quibi make its Fortnite debut on April 10th by airing episodes in-game periodically throughout the day. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a pretty awesome cross-promotion to me.
