Superstore, The Simpsons, and 5 funniest Easter episodes of all time
By Mads Lennon
Surprisingly, not many shows have tried to include Easter episodes into their catalog, but there are at least a few that have and pulled it off hilariously.
We’ve arrived at the revered “Bunny Day” and kids around the world are delighting themselves in eating chocolate bunnies and Easter egg hunting. Unfortunately, Easter is a little somber this year given the state of the world right now, but even if you’re stuck at home, TV can always cheer you up. We’ve compiled a small list of hilarious Easter episodes from some of the best sitcoms around.
Whether you’re spending the day with family or eating Peeps alone, surely one of the episodes on this list (or all of them) will put a smile on your face. They’re all short, too, meaning you could easily binge them all within a few hours.
5. Superstore
Superstore‘s Easter episode is fairly recent since it premiered during the show’s fourth season. In it, Amy must deal with a mysterious Easter bunny appearing throughout the store after she specifically forbade anyone from wearing the costume. Meanwhile, Glenn is excited about a Passion of the Christ performance at his church, but none of his coworkers are enthused about the idea of attending.
Dina remains convinced that she saw the bunny on a secret camera hidden in the store, one that causes a lot of controversy with the staff. She tries to catch the bunny to prove she’s not going crazy. The episode is currently available on Hulu, along with all other episodes of Superstore.
