2. Phil of the Future

Phil of the Future ran from 2004 – 2006 and was a classic Disney Show with a twist. Phil, played by Ricky Ullman, and his family Lloyd, Barbara, and Pim ended up in the year 2004 when their time machine from the year 2121 broke down. The family was forced to give up their advanced technology in order to fit into the world around them.

Phil has to trust his best friend, Keely, played by Aly Michalka and tells her the family’s big secret. Together they work on going through high school trying to get Phil to fit into his new environment.

Many things in our own world have changed from 2004 until now. We would love to see a reboot of this show with some new added technology differences. How would Phil do in our time now compared to what it was like in 2004?

1. The Proud Family

The Proud Family ran on the Disney Channel from 2001 – 2005 and followed the life of Penny Proud, played by Kyla Pratt. Penny was always being influenced by all of the members of her family. Being an animated series, The Proud Family could always push the boundaries of reality. This is something that we always looked forward to in what is considered one of the best Disney shows.

We would love to see a reboot of this show. Just like Kim Possible, being an animated series gives us endless possibilities of what this reboot could look like. We would love to see Penny proud still in school or maybe even a grown-up version. All we know is that we miss the antics of The Proud Family and we want to see it come back to life!

Thankfully for us, Disney is in the process of developing new episodes and we’re excited to see how they shape up!
