Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2: 5 things we’d like to see happen
By Maria Alicia
4. The Fall of Alder
General Alder, played by Lyne Renee, is the leader of Fort Salem and general of the entire witches army. At the beginning of Season 1, we see that she is a tough witch and isn’t going to let The Spree get away with anything.
Throughout the season, we come to realize that maybe Alder is willing to win at all costs. The decisions she makes make her go off the deep end. Alder ends up putting the recruits in harm’s way by making them go on a real mission during the middle of their training. This results in the death of a High Atlantic recruit.

With her position slipping through her fingers, Alder makes the decision to play puppeteer and takes over the President’s body as the President was about to announce a new leader and general.
At the end of Season 1, we know she can’t be trusted. So, she must go! We can’t wait to see this play out in Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2!
3. #Adigail
Love is in the air for everyone in Fort Salem and this is a relationship that we hope sticks!
Abigail Bellweather comes from a long line of High Atlantic witches. The Bellweather name is a well-known one and comes with big responsibilities. Abigail is seen as the leader of her unit and is put under a lot of pressure on a regular basis.
But along comes Adil. Adil also comes from a prestigious family. He seems to really understand Abigail and the world that she comes from. Although we have seen a little bit of #Adigail in season 1, we would love to see this relationship bloom in Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2.
