Summer TV shows: Doom Patrol
The second season of DC Universe’s hit series Doom Patrol will debut on its new HBO Max home on June 25. The series will also premiere on DC Universe, but it might be easier for some people to cancel the service in favor of HBO Max since the first season of Doom Patrol is also available on the new streaming app now.

The second season will focus on the group of unorthodox heroes coping with the betrayal of Niles after they succeeded in saving him and defeating Mr. Nobody. The only problem is, now they’re all tiny and stranded on Cliff’s racecar track.
Summer TV shows: I May Destroy You
I May Destroy You is a new HBO series that tackles sexual assault and the politics of the #MeToo movements.
Star Michaela Coel plays Arabella, who sadly realizes that she blacked out at a party and can’t remember what happened to her in those crucial missing hours. She soon discovers that she was roofied and assaulted during that time.
The series contains a myriad of alternating perspectives, twists, and compelling, honest conversations that are much needed during our current political and social climate. Thus far, the series has received excellent reviews. It premieres this Sunday night, June 7, on HBO at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.
