Summer TV shows: Perry Mason
Perry Mason is an upcoming period drama miniseries based on the short stories and novels written by Erle Stanley Gardner. While billed as a miniseries, there is potential for the show to continue beyond that. Set in 1931 Los Angeles, Perry Mason will follow the iconic criminal defense attorney as he attempts to figure out what happened during a child kidnapping. In the meantime, the country attempts to recover from the Great Depression and Mason strives to find the truth and a path to redemption.
