The CW summer schedule: Coroner, Killer Camp, and more.
On Tuesday, The CW announced that it had acquired four more shows to fill out its coronavirus-impacted line-up. According to Variety, The CW summer schedule will mostly feature purchased programs from other networks.
Along with shows like Tell Me a Story, Coroner, and Swamp Thing, The CW has also picked up Killer Camp, Being Reuben, Taskmaster, and Fridge Wars.
It’s worth noting that Tell Me a Story and Coroner appear to be getting shifted to earlier premiere dates as the Kevin Williamson drama will now debut in July while Coroner will begin airing in August. It looks like Swamp Thing is still being held until the fall.
So, what are all of these new shows? Let’s walk through each one!
Killer Camp – A new “whodunit” style reality competition, Killer Camp is a British series that follows 11 strangers who quickly realize they’ve been enlisted in a “murder” mystery camp instead of a normal summer camp.
The name might be Camp Pleasant, but the setting is far from it. As a reality series, you can anticipate hookups, breakups, backstabbing, friendships, and much more.

People will gradually be murdered off as the game progresses, leaving the survivors to try and figure out who the killer is if they hope to win.

Two top chefs will go head-to-head to see who can win. Meals are scored on taste and originality.
Being Reuben – A docuseries that follows Reuben de Maid, the talented teen who became famous after appearing on Little Big Shots.
