Brave New World: 5 burning questions we need answered in Season 2

We’ve got five questions that need to be answered in Brave New World Season 2.

Now that we’ve finished binge-watching Brave New World‘s first season, we’re looking ahead to Brave New World Season 2. Unfortunately, we do not yet know if the series will return for a sophomore season, but showrunner David Wiener did reveal to Inverse that “there’s room for future seasons,” which is a good sign.

Hopefully, within the next month or so, NBC and Peacock will reveal their plans for the series. It ended with so many questions left unanswered that it demands another season. Here are five questions we really hope get answered in Brave New World Season 2, should it come to fruition.

5. Brave New World Season 2: What is Indra’s goal in the Savage Lands?

At the end of the finale, Bernard, Wilhelmina, and Indra land in the Savage Lands where they come across Shiela. Surprisingly, she doesn’t automatically kill Bernard, especially after he offers her a special gold box. Instead, it looks like the unlikely trio will be teaming up for a new adventure. In the final frame, we see Bernard has been infected by Indra and is under her control.

What does she want to do in the Savage Lands? Also, since Controller Mond did not kill herself, but did get rid of the other World Controllers, doesn’t Indra technically still have a connection to Mond’s mind? Is that simply a plot hole or did Indra genuinely need to get out of New London to survive?
