Teenage Bounty Hunters: 2 Catholic school girls become bounty hunters
The Netflix original series, Teenage Bounty Hunters, starts in a school parking lot. Sterling and her boyfriend Luke are in a parked car. Luke is saying he is saving himself for his future wife. He then suggests that they pray away their temptation.
This does not work, as Sterling convinces him that their love is strong and that going all the way won’t be a sin. Luke agrees and the two make love.
We then see another couple in another car talking. It is Blair and her current love interest. Now both couples get out of their cars and they get into their own cars and drive away.
We find out that these two girls Sterling and Blair are twins.
While driving home they get run off the road. When approaching the guy that had them off the road, he thinks that they have been chasing him. He pulls a gun on Blair, but Sterling grabs a rifle.
The girls are very confused when another man shows up. He is a bounty hunter, named Bowser.
Bowser offers them some of the money for cornering the guy. As they are negotiating terms, the man runs away. Bowser can’t run after him, so the girls do. They catch him and work out a deal with the Bowser to get half of the money.
Then, we see the girls at school. Many students are in a room and their teacher, Ellen. She is looking for a Fellowship Student Leader. A girl name April is trying to campaign to win, but it goes to Sterling.
Sterling is feeling bad about getting this fellowship because she is no longer a virgin. Blair convinces her to keep lying.
Blair and Sterling are outside talking to April. Blair and her man accidentally push Sterling’s bag out of her hands. April reaches down to help Sterling pick up her belongings and takes the condom wrapper from Sterling. Sterling is convinced that April is going to use it against her.
Now the girls are on their way to meet the Bowser to collect their cut. Bowser works at a frozen yogurt place and he keeps his cash in the freezer. They overhear him on the phone talking about a guy at a Men’s Parlour.
The girls then ask Bowser how much it would cost to fix the truck. He says $5,000, but the girls only have $1,000. They ask if he has any other jobs, he says no. But then, the girls tell him about the Men’s Parlour that is in the country club that they belong to.
Bowser then agrees to let them help and tells them who his mark is. It is April’s dad, John. They are so excited to take him down.
Bowser drops them off at the country club. They try to go into the Men’s Parlour, but are stopped by a worker named Miles. Blair flirts with him to get his help. Miles tells them that John is in another room.
Teenage Bounty Hunter: Can the girls take down John Stevens?
The girls go around the corner. They overhear John talking. He is telling the others that he didn’t do it, but that he is taking the fall for his partner. His partner’s wife is dying of cancer, so he wanted to help out.
The girls leave and go back to Bowser and tell him that John wasn’t there.
Upon their arrival back home, they find that their parents have found the damage on the truck. The girls get in trouble and still have to pay for it to get fixed.
The girls go back to Bowser’s frozen yogurt shop and ask for a job. Bowser calls them out on not actually being bounty hunters. The girls try to tell him that John is innocent, but Bowser shows them security footage that now has them convinced he is guilty.
The girls are now trying to deliver John to Bowser. They and find April to talk to her. They tell April that her father said he would fund a school trip and that they need to find him to get the money.
April does not fall for it and says her father has been away for 10 days. The girls now need to get creative.
Sterling creates a fake Instagram account to get the location of April’s lake house. They think that this must be where John is hiding. Within minutes John accepts the fake request and the girls get the lake house address.
They then show up with their guns to the property. They get him by his boat and tie him up. They get him back into the car and drive him to Bowser.
Bowser lays down the law and tells the girls that they have to play by his rules. Technically they can’t get bounty hunter licenses. So they agree to work with Bowser to get the money to fix the truck.
In Bowser’s office, he has a wall of perspective bounties. As the episode ends, we see one very specific one on the wall that resembles the girl’s mother. Could it be? Or is this their next mark?
