Greek ran from 2007 until 2011 and has 4 seasons. Greek stars Jacob Zachar as Rusty Cartwright. Upon graduating from high school, Rusty makes the decision that he wants to shed his “nerdy” high school persona and enter greek life in college.

To his surprise, he gets bids from two different fraternities and is forced to choose between two love interests from his sister’s past and present. The shows follows Rusty, his sister Casey, played by Spencer Grammer, Cappie, played by Scott Michael Foster, and Evan played by Jake McDorman as they navigate Greek life.

Lincoln Heights ran from 2007 until 2009 and has 4 seasons. The show follows police officer Eddie Sutton, played by Russell Hornsby. After raiding a house in Lincoln Heights, the police offers Eddie the opportunity to buy the house in Lincoln Heights and the chance to move his family out of their small apartment.

Eddie decides to buy the house and moves his wife and three teenage kids to this new area. While they are reluctant about the move, they make the best of it by forming new friendships and finding ways to give back to their new community.
