When can you buy The Expanse Season 4 on DVD and Blu-ray?
According to a new press release from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, The Expanse Season 4 is going to be released on Blu-ray starting on Dec. 15. The series is now an Amazon Prime Video exclusive, with a fifth season scheduled to release soon.
On Amazon Prime Video, you can watch all of the current season of The Expanse in 4K, but some of us like to own physical copies of our favorite shows! Plus, it’s always nice to see what kind of special features will be included on the disc.
Currently, it looks like The Expanse Season 4 will only be released on Blu-ray. There is no planned DVD release yet.
What special features can you expect on The Expanse Season 4 Blu-ray?
According to The Digital Bits, The Expanse Season 4 blu-ray will include five different featurettes.

The good news is, you’ll be able to get your hands on the Blu-ray before the fifth season premieres. The bad news is…only by one day! It might not give you enough time to rewatch Season 4 before the new batch of episodes drop, but you could probably check out those featurettes ahead of the Season 5 premiere. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to brush up on the Season 4 finale on Dec. 15 either.
If you’re eager to get your hands on The Expanse Season 4 Blu-ray, you can go ahead and pre-order it on Amazon right now. The Blu-ray is currently retailing for $34.99. If you’re an Amazon Prime member, then pre-ordering is always a good plan because it will guarantee you get the purchase for the lowest possible price.
Until then, you could always just rewatch the season on Amazon Prime Video!
