Bob’s Burgers — “The Hauntening”

Bob’s Burgers has several amazing Halloween episodes, but “The Hauntening,” which aired as the third episode of season six, holds a special place in my heart.

The basic plot is Louise desperately seeking a genuinely scare after claiming that most haunted houses are boring. Her parents and family work extra hard to pull off an almost unbelievably complicated scare that holds both Louise and the audience in suspense.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch — “Good Will Haunting”

“Good Will Haunting” (Season 3, Episode 6) has many elements that are a classic part of the horror genre. What do you get when you combine a teen party, a creepy talking doll and an ancient witch Halloween party? A hilarious and thoroughly enjoyable Halloween episode!
