3. Family-friendly scares on Disney Plus: Kim Possible

Yet another Disney Channel classic. Kim Possible tells the story of well, a girl named Kim Possible, who tries to balance her life as a normal teenager with fighting evil villains. Luckily for Kim, she has some help. Her best friend Ron Stoppable comes along, though he’s not always much help in the end. She also has tech genius, Wade, helping her through her Kimmunicator.

This animated series may not sound scary, but the villains are intriguing, and there’s a Halloween episode. Season 1 Episode 14, known simply as “October 31st,” is it, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy it.  So sit back, relax, and get ready to save the world with Kim Possible. 

2. Family-friendly scares on Disney Plus: Wizards of Waverly Place

Wizards of Waverly Place is yet another classic Disney Channel show. So, of course, it’s available to stream on Disney Plus. This show follows Alex Russo and her brothers Justin and Max, who are wizards in training. Their father trains them, and a lot of hijinx ensue, especially with the mischievous Alex around.

Alex regularly uses magic to get out of everyday problems. This often doesn’t work out very well for her, and she has to enlist the help of her human best friend, Harper. And yes, there’s a Halloween episode of Wizards of Waverly Place that you can watch if you’d like. It’s Season 3 Episode 2, “Halloween.”  We’re sure you will enjoy the family-friendly scares provided by the show. Get ready for a real treat! Or is it a trick? You’ll have to watch and find out.
