5 things we want to see in The Umbrella Academy Season 3

2. Reginald’s complete history.
Reginald went from being a somewhat boring villain to a fascinating one in Season 2 when it was revealed that he is actually some kind of lizard alien species wearing a human skin suit. Fans of the comics already anticipated this, but for those unfamiliar with them, it was a huge shock to see him take off his “skin,” and the show didn’t follow up on the reveal.
While Season 2 did explore more of the traumatic childhood the Hargreeves experienced at Reginald’s hand and his weird history, there are still many unanswered questions. Although now we have a better idea of why he’s so fascinated with the moon.
1. Timeline repercussions.
All of the Hargreeves severely tampered with the timeline during the second season of the show. We know that what they did was enough for Reginald to create a whole new academy, the Sparrow Academy, and keep him alive in the future.
But what other changes are afoot? If Reginald is alive, does that mean we can expect to see Pogo or robot Grace again? Allison’s daughter, Claire? Could Harlan return as a member of the academy as some fans have speculated? Or will we see him in a different capacity? There’s a lot of crazy stuff that could happen moving forward, so it’ll be interesting to see what the writers have planned for The Umbrella Academy Season 3, that’s for sure!
