Chilling Adventures of Sabrina drops trailer for final season

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina releases a trailer for its final season promising a huge battle before the end.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is joining many other Netflix Originals as it too will premiere its final season right before this crazy year closes out. Showrunner Roberto Aguirre Sacasa put out a tweet sharing the final season’s trailer which illustrates that this might be Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s best season yet.

The two-minute trailer reveals yet another dark and gloomy presence overshadowing the town of Greendale in the form of the Eldritch Terrors. And at the heart of it (as always) is Sabrina Spellman and her rowdy group of family and friends as they navigate the terrors overshadowing their home. And of course, the Dark Lord.

The trailer also reveals yet another trip to the fiery pits of Hell, which we can assume will be a force that Sabrina will have to join to take down the final season’s threatening force. It seems impossible that there would ever be such a scenario, but when family is threatened, not even the separation of Heaven and Hell can prevent them from coming together to fight.

Part four of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina marks the final chapter of this intriguing series that first came into our lives as a reboot of sorts to the original Melissa Joan Hart series from the 90s. The new and very dark take on the series certainly stirred some controversy, but it managed to keep fans engaged and invested nonetheless.

I won’t say that the series has been perfectly executed from the get-go, but there have been stand-out moments scattered throughout the episodes we’ve seen thus far. And if the trailer below is any indication, this final chapter is going one to be one hell of a ride.
