Fox is airing another special preview of The Great North tonight.

Tonight Fox is airing another special preview episode of their adult animated sitcom The Great North from Bob’s Burgers creator and executive producer Loren Bouchard, Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux.

Despite the series not making its official debut until February, Fox hopes to get fans extra excited for the series by offering previews of the first two episodes. The first episode aired on January 3, and tomorrow night, after the NFL game, The Great North Episode 2, titled “Feast of Not People Adventure,” will premiere.

According to The Futon Critic, the episode is about Judy (Jenny Slate) fearing that she and Ham (Paul Rust) are growing apart after learning he’s keeping a secret from her. The rest of the family attends a town festival.

The Great North doesn’t officially premiere until February.

The bad news about all of these special previews is that now fans will have to wait longer to see new episodes of The Great North. The series doesn’t officially premiere until February 14, which means those that have kept up with the previews won’t see Episode 3 until the end of February.

It’s a little odd that Fox chose to air the show like this, rather than just moving forward with Episode 3 on the 14th instead of a repeat of the series premiere, especially as episodes become available to stream next-day through the Fox app and on Hulu. If you haven’t watched the first episode, you can go ahead and catch up right now.
