Brie Larson

The Captain Marvel star actually has two different projects in the works at Apple TV Plus. Her first project is currently on hold due to the pandemic, but it was previously announced that she would star in a show based on Amaryllis Fox’s memoir called Life Undercover: Coming of Age in the CIA, based on her real experiences as an undercover CIA operative.

Her second project, titled Lessons in Chemistry, will follow Larson as a young woman named Elizabeth Zott who is forced to put her dreams of becoming a scientist on hold after she gets pregnant. The series is set in the 1960s and based on an upcoming novel from debut author Bonnie Garmus.

Annie Hathaway & Jared Leto

Annie Hathaway and Jared Leto are teaming up for one of the many upcoming Apple TV Plus projects to bring the story of the WeWork scandal to life in a show called WeCrashed. Based on the Wondery podcast, Leto will play WeWork founder Adam Neumann with Hathaway set to play his wife and co-founder Rebekah.

Both actors will also serve as executive producers. The drama will showcase the company’s catastrophic demise and how the founders behind the company set the most horrific aspects of the story into motion.
