Bridgerton fans received some good news with the announcement of the Netflix show’s renewal for two more seasons! Naturally, the news was announced by Lady Whistledown from theshow’s official Twitter page.

In her sweet and elegant tweet, she states that the series “shall return for seasons three and four.”

That means more scandal, love, and drama.

This news has probably come at the best time since it was revealed that Rege-Jean Page (Simon Basset) would not be returning for Season 2. There are 9 books in the book series written by Julia Quinn.

This means that the show will have more than enough source material to keep the series going for several seasons. However, does that guarantee fans will see the series run for equally as long.

Netflix’s popular series Bridgerton has been renewed for Seasons 3 and 4!

While the Season 2 air date remains unknown fans already have a good idea of what will be occurring, specifically in the direction of Anthony finding his true love. Fans have already learned that actresses Charithra Chandran, Simone Ashley, and actor Rupert Young will be joining the Season 2 cast.

Will we be seeing a love triangle between Anthony and the Sheffield sisters? What will Young’s character Jack bring to the table?

Anthony’s sister Daphne who found her true love with Simon Basset is expected to return. However the details as to how and when also remains unknown.

Perhaps she will be able to provide her brother with some advice this time around that he will find useful?
