Apple’s award-winning musical comedy Central Park debuts official Season 2 trailer

Apple TV+’s award-winning musical comedy series Central Park has just released its first second season trailer ahead of its upcoming premiere. Central Park Season 2 sees returning cast members Josh Gad, Leslie Odom Jr., Daveed Diggs, Kathryn Hahn, Tituss Burgess and Stanley Tucci reprising their roles alongside newcomer Emmy Raver-Lampman.

This season of Central Park will continue focusing on the Tillerman family as they live in and care for the world’s most famous park. Molly is still experiencing the endless ups and downs of adolescence while Cole must deal with a genuinely embarrassing moment at school. Meanwhile, their parents have their own challenges to overcome as Paige tries to chase down the mayor’s corruption story and Owen manages the many day-to-day duties of managing the park.

Plus, Bitsy returns with a new plan to claim Central Park on her own with Helen by her side, wondering whether Bitsy has included her in her will. And while all of this is going on, expect to be guided by your favorite fumbling narrator, Birdie.

The series has been recognized with an Emmy Award nomination for star Leslie Odom Jr., and an NAACP Image Awards nomination in the Outstanding Animated Series category.

When does Central Park Season 2 premiere?

The acclaimed series will release the first three episodes of the second season on Friday, June 25 exclusively on Apple TV+ with the remaining five episodes premiering on a weekly basis every Friday. The second half of Central Park Season 2 will return later this year with additional episodes.
