Home Before Dark Season 2, Episode 4 is set to premiere on Apple TV+ tomorrow, July 2. When we last saw Hilde, she had inched closer to discovering the truth about the dying birds and fish in Eerie Harbor, only for things to shift after the town mysteriously got rid of the pond in Pinewood Park and opted to replace it with a community garden.

While the town seems satisfied by reports that a type of toxic algae was causing the wildlife to get sick, Hilde isn’t as easily convinced. It’s especially suspicious that the community rushed to get rid of the pond rather than holding a normal town hearing, everything happened too fast to be anything but a cover-up.

What’s happening in Home Before Dark Season 2, Episode 4?

In this week’s episode of Home Before Dark, Hilde will have to find a new way to get closer to Wott Management now that the pond is gone. She’s determined to test the water and find out what was really poisoning the wildlife, and potentially her grandfather, too.

But getting close to the most powerful company in Eerie Harbor will likely come with its fair share of danger. Is Hilde getting in over her head? Meanwhile, Izzy is surprised when someone unexpected visits her. I’m guessing that person will be Ethan. Is he finally coming back to Eerie Harbor for good?
