What is Monsters at Work Season 1, Episode 1 about?

Set after the events of Monsters, Inc., the new series focuses on the city of Monstropolis and the transition to fuelling the city by the sound of laughter instead of children’s fear. The first episode centers on newcomer Tylor Tuskmon (Feldman), who has arrived at Monsters Incorporated to start his dream job as a scarer.

But now that scaring is out and laughter is in, Tylor is reassigned to MIFT, the Monsters Incorporated Facilities Team. Coming from Monsters University, where he graduated as a Scare Major, Tylor has always dreamed of working alongside his idols Mike Wazowski and James P. “Sulley” Sullivan.
