An all-new episode of The Good Fight Season 5 premieres tonight on Paramount+ following up from last week’s episode titled, “Once There Was a Court…” it seems fitting that this week’s episode, Season 5, Episode 3, would be titled, “And the Court Had a Clerk…”

It looks like this season’s episode titles will tell a story based on the titles for the first three episodes of the season so far! Given how intense and thrilling The Good Fight is, you won’t want to miss a single second of the latest episode.

What is The Good Fight Season 5, Episode 3 about?

CBS hasn’t yet released an official logline for the upcoming episode of The Good Fight, but if you watch the promotional clip for the new episode you can see that this episode will focus on Mandy Patinkin’s new character Hal Wackner requesting that Marissa become his new law clerk. Marissa is surprised by his offer.

Jane Lynch’s recurring character Madeline Starkey also returns in this week’s episode. This will be her character’s first appearance since the Season 2 episode, “Day 464.” Photos and the promo also tease that this week’s episode will involve something to do with lots of stuffed animals.
