In the previous episode of Motherland: Fort Salem, Abigail started a storm in Fort Salem. Will she fall victim to her magic or be able to harness it?

We get to see the video the President has created to promote the military. Alder uses Penelope in the commercial. Wonder how Silver feels about this?

The storm is still hanging around over Fort Salem. Adil and Gregorio are working on Mothertounge. Abigail walks over to talk to them. There is still tension between Adil and Abigail.

Gregorio excuses himself. Adil wants her to stop the storm, but Abigail’s voice is on the mend. Adil then tells Abigail that he is packing for India.

Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2, Episode 4: Will Abigail and Adil weather the storm?

Tally and Abigail are working in the same room but are also barely talking to each other. Tally is mad that Abigail left her alone at the reception.

Raelle walks in and asks Tally about her research. Tally is frustrated that the books do not say that Alder was where Tally says she was.

Alder is meeting with Anacostia and Petra. She is mad that Petra had Anacostia let Scylla go and then followed her. Petra wants them to beat the Camarillo to the schools. Alder interrupts her and asks her to leave.

Alone with Alder, Anacostia gives Alder a piece of her mind. Even though she isn’t pleased, Alder permits them to carry out their plan if she oversees it.

Willa and Scylla are at home. Willa is having trouble connecting with another cell. Scylla then says that the carrier, Jack, is on the move. They think he is going to the higher-ups in the Camarilla.

Alder is being interviewed at the witch verification center. When she steps outside to the podium, there is an angry mob outside. They are against the army.

A bus shows up at the rally, and people are getting off. One person is carrying a box of what looks like donuts. It is being passed from person to person. When the box is opened, it is not donuts. There are five devices inside.

Petra is eating with Abigail, Raelle, and Tally. Petra wants Abigail to go after Gregorio, but Abigail would rather fight the Camarillo.

Tally then asks Petra about Liberia. Tally tells Petra what she knows about Alder and the other soldier being there, but Petra says that she has never heard of that and to find another source.

Abigail and Raelle are back in their room. Abigail is upset that she keeps failing at everything in her life. Raelle tells Abigail that she will be stronger for it. Then, Gregorio comes and gets them.

Their group is going to the rally to help defend against the mob.

Anacostia and Scylla are also there. They are looking for Jack. They follow him but are stopped by Shane and Bonnie. They lose him.

Silver, Tally, and Penelope are all in a limo together. Penelope is sticking up for herself and wants her father to accept her. Tally is there to help smooth things over.

They get eyes on Jack again, and the witches take the podium. Scylla sees Raelle on the stage and immediately wants to leave. Anacostia won’t let her.

Penelope takes the podium and makes the water in front of everyone dance. It gets everyone’s attention, but then they go back to yelling.

Alder takes the stand. A girl comes out of a car and will be the first to be tested. As she is walking to the stage, she gets scared.

Someone in the crowd throws something on the stage, and the flag behind them goes on fire.

The girl that got tested is a witch. She thanks Alder. Their plan seems to be working.

Outside, Anacostia and Scylla keep their eyes on Jack. They think something is going to go down. Anacostia warns Alder.

Alder immediately calls for Petra.

Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2, Episode 4:  What is going to happen at the rally?

Petra and Alder can’t warn the public because they do not want them to know that the Camarilla is back. Alder plans to blame The Spree.

Silver is leaving and wants Penelope to come with him. She doesn’t want to go because she is the face of the campaign. Ultimately, she agrees.

While the girls are on stage, there is a glitch that they all hear. Abigail starts to hear her cousin and runs into a parking lot. It is a trap. The Camarillo surround her.

The rest of the group find the devices. Tally doesn’t want them to touch them. They know it is the Camarillo.

They try to get the civilians to move back, but they won’t listen. The devices go off, and everyone is pushed to the ground.

When everyone gets up, the crowd disperses, and they realize that Abigail is missing.

She is fighting in the garage. She is trying to use her voice, but it still isn’t working. They have her. As they start to cut open her throat M and Tally appear.

They are able to defeat the rest of them.

Raelle gets a quick glimpse of Scylla in the scramble, but she is gone in a blink. Scylla has dropped the picture of Raelle; she has to leave a clue.

Everyone is back at Fort Salem.

Raelle is holding the picture. She knows that it was Scylla. Abigail is just waking up. She is mad at herself for walking into their trap.

The girls realize that all Alder does is lie and play with other people’s lives. Tally is done with it and goes straight to Alder and asks about the woman they are trying to erase from history.
