Central Park show Season 2, Episode 6 premieres this Friday. Ahead of the all-new episode, Apple TV+ has released a sneak peek clip from the critically acclaimed animated musical comedy, which is available exclusively on the streaming service.

The series, which stars Josh Gad, Leslie Odom Jr., Stanley Tucci, Kathryn Hahn, Emmy Raver-Lampman, and Tituss Burgess, debuts new episodes every Friday.

The second season of Central Park is just as good, if not better, than the first! And thankfully for fans, it was renewed for a 16-episode season. However, the season is split into two parts, so the first eight episodes will wrap up soon and then back half of the season will return later this year.

This season has continued to focus on the Tillerman family as they navigate living in the park. Owen balances his family life with managing the world’s most famous park while his kids are experiencing the growing pains and Paige tries to chase down a conspiracy involving the mayor.

In the sneak peek, we focus on Birdie as he plays his violin in an underpass for some spare change. But the story Birdie has to tell doesn’t involve Paige, Owen, and the kids because they’re not doing much (they’re doing stuff, just nothing super interesting).

Birdie wants to discuss the shadow that overlooks Central Park. In this case, the “shadow” is the Brandenheim Building that casts, well, a shadow over the park. But the shadow is more than that. Before we can find out more about this ominous “shadow” and its legacy in the park in the past, present, and probably future, the clip ends! So you’ll definitely have to watch this Friday to see what Birdie is talking about.
