Motherland: Fort Salem Season 2 has taken us by storm in more ways than one. This SDCC @ home panel gives us more insight into what is to come this season.

Damian Holbrook hosted this SDCC @ Home panel. Joining the panel from Motherland: Fort Salem were Elliot Lawrence, the showrunner and creator, Ashley Nicole Williams (Abigail Bellweather), Taylor Hickson (Raelle Collar), Jessica Sutton (Tally Craven), Demetria McKinney (Anacostia),  Amalia Holm (Scylla Ramshorn), and Lynn Renee (General Alder).

When it comes to the trio of witches, these girls look thick as thieves on camera. When asked how close they are in real life, Ashley mentioned that on the first day of filming, one of the girls licked BBQ sauce off of her pants.

If that doesn’t say “sisterhood,” I don’t know what will! But what did these strong women have to say about Season 2?

One thing for sure is that we are told on multiple occasions that these girls are questioning everything.

Jessica Sutton mentioned that Tally is still on a journey with Alder and will continue to dig deeper into Alder’s past. Jessica says that “She’s got keys to doors that she shouldn’t have.” Does this mean the tie between the two of them still isn’t completely severed?

Abigail is on her own journey of finding herself. Ashley mentions that she doesn’t think Abigail even knows how strong she is. But she did leave us with this tidbit. “Abigail is the sky.” We have already seen a little bit of this and can’t wait to see how powerful a storm she can make.

SDCC @ Home: Motherland: Fort Salem: Has the Raylla ship sailed?

When it comes to Scylla and Raelle, Amalia says that Scylla has some making up to do in that department.

Not to mention that Raelle already has a difficult time letting people into her life with her past. So will Raelle let Scylla walk back into her life with open arms?

Taylor says, “You always have two options. You can give in or you can get strong. And I’ll leave it to the viewers to decide which one they think.”
