Hulu Original Only Murders in the Building renewed for Season 2

Hulu’s original Only Murders in the Building has been quite a big success. But will Only Murders in the Building Season 2 happen? According to Deadline, so much so that after only five episodes, Hulu has renewed the series for a second season.

Only Murders in the Building stars Selena Gomes (Mabel), Martin Short (Oliver), and Steve Martin (Charles). The unlikely trio finds a friendship in their love for true crime.

When a fellow tenant in their building is found dead, the three of them decide to launch their own investigation. Along the way, the washed-up Broadway producer, Oliver, decides to record their adventures and create a podcast.

When another murder happens in Manhatten, Oliver wants to jump ship and cover that murder as well, but Charles insists that they only cover “murders in the building.”

Only Murders in the Building Season 2: What will happen?

Since Charles has insisted on only covering murders in the building, we assume that the second season will begin with another murder.

Only fans might remember how the first season began because it did not start with the death of Tim Kono. In the first episode, we see Mabel standing over a body and insisting that she had nothing to do with it. Then, we flashback to the night Tim Kono died.

Could the first murder we see really be the second murder in the building for our trio to solve? All we know is that we are excited that this trio is headed back for a Season 2.

We hope that Charles ends up in love, Oliver gets back on his feet, and Mabel gets to figure out what happened to her friend Tim.
