Sad sigh…Monsters At Work Season 1 is over but is there a Monsters at Work Season 2 coming in the near future? Thanks to Twitter we may have an answer about the Disney Plus series.

Henry Winkler who voiced the lovable and humorous character Fritz responded to several tweets from fans of the show. According to What’s on Disney Plus, he responded that there will be a second season to one tweet and then replied to another that he was hoping and looking forward to another season.

Aside from his input, there hasn’t been any official news as to whether a second season is coming or not. Season 1 ended on a very high note for the main character Tylor Tuskmon.

While he was originally hired at Monsters Inc. to become a Scarer his new ambition is to become a Jokester after being placed with the group of misfits in MIFT. The variety of new characters were nothing short of imaginative, hilarious and refreshing while familiar faces Mike and Sulley never missed a beat.

Will there be more laughs in store for our hilarious monsters in Monsters At Work Season 2?

In the end, after many experiences, Tylor won’t soon forget, his dreams come true and he finds his place on The Laugh Floor with his buddy, Val. Relax Duncan, Fritz’s job could one day still be yours.

The season finale was near perfection that it does beg the question if Monsters at Work Season 2 is even needed. Yes, we want to see more from our beloved characters but at the same time, the show ended on a heartwarming high note.

Tylor achieved his dream and met some wonderful people along the way. Mike and Sulley proved laugh power works so the company and Monstropolis are saved. So maybe now we can see Sulley reunite with Boo in Season 2?
