Taking down the CRM seems to be everyone’s mission however no one can agree on how to proceed on the latest episode of The Walking Dead: World Beyond. Jennifer doesn’t make things any easier when she has both Felix and Percy deem her as untrustworthy.

At the end of the last episode, the mysterious group who arrived at The Perimeter consisted of Hope and Jennifer. Hope, Iris, and Felix reunite however Iris and Felix are far from happy to see Jennifer.

This includes Percy who wants revenge for his uncle’s death. That same night he manages to steal a large gun and stalks Jennifer.

However, his plan is foiled when Will and Felix manage to find her first. Together they try to convince her that her mother is lying to her, especially about what happened at Omaha.

Jennifer refuses to believe it however revisits what they tell her later on when her mother won’t even give her the names of the supposed survivors. After she and Hope leave, Percy visits Iris, and the two talk about his motivation for wanting revenge.

They share a kiss before Percy leaves the room, much to Iris’s disappointment.

You’d think after the sisters got separated they’d be happy to see one another again. They were for all of two minutes before they begin to argue amongst themselves, Felix and Jennifer.

Hope wants Felix and Iris to come back with them but they refuse. They especially do not trust Jennifer who continually tries to explain herself.

Hope wants them to work together and take down the CRM from the inside whereas Iris and Felix want to do so from the outside. The tragic scene unfolds as Hope is practically begging Iris to change her mind especially with their father’s life being at stake but Iris won’t budge.

Remember Hope is juggling multiple lies, especially to her father who is slowly becoming a problem at the CR. On top of that Elton is unable to stick around to even greet them, haunted by the fact Hope killed his mother and unborn sister.

He flees only to find a covered shed full of medical supplies from the CRM. Asha happened to follow Elton there and revealed that she’s sick and needs the supplies.

It’s unfortunately one of the reasons why they need the CRM. Elton believes her, however by the end of the episode it is revealed that her mother, Indira, is the one who is sick.

She is angry that Elton found the supplies but Asha convinces her that he’s unaware of her condition. After Elton tells Asha about his dead mother and unborn sister he shares that his friendship with Hope is complicated.

Asha tells him to speak to her anyway before they leave, however Elton doesn’t.

The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2, Episode 4 recap: Silas and Dennis

Silas and the team handle empties, grabbing one that the CRM has been tracking and killing a few others while blasting loud music. After they finish their mission Silas is called to Dennis’s room/office due to him getting distracted by a passing helicopter.

The two bond a bit over music while Dennis tries to stitch up the wound on Silas’s hand. Silas notices a map of New York and later tries to leave.

However, the trio, Webb, Tiga, and Grady catch him and as punishment, they trap him in a trailer filled with party decorations and empties. Silas is able to kill a large amount of them before the three return.

Silas notices the empties in the back of the room had their lower jaws removed. They explain that if Silas wants out they need to work together.

By working very hard at decontamination they can work their way up at the CRM. Silas doesn’t share their need for comradery.

Dennis speaks with Silas again and this time Silas just admits that he wants to leave to find his friends. He states that they are not aware that Huck is untrustworthy.

Dennis doesn’t react to the name and instead reminds Silas that everyone gets one screw up and he just spent his. It’s obvious that Jennifer never told Dennis about the nickname.

More is established about minor characters than the plot on The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2, Episode 4.

While the episode tries to focus on the main characters, it is the minor ones who get the most attention. Asha has to lie to protect her mother, whose health seems to be getting worse.

We don’t know why the rest of The Perimeter doesn’t know about this. Asha also gets to learn a little bit more about Elton.

But their conversation doesn’t go any further than him telling her how his mother and unborn sister are dead and that his friendship with Hope is strained. Felix didn’t want Jennifer to know Will was there considering he was almost killed by the CRM.

But he reveals himself anyway protecting her from Percy’s unplanned mission to kill her. He, Jennifer, and Felix argue over what the CRM is and is not.

Percy gets his chance at revenge and it’s blown. But is he going to move on from it or not and what will become of him and Iris?

Silas and Dennis might have this friendship or deep respect for one another now but how long will that last? How long until Dennis finds out what Jennifer was up to and how will that affect their relationship?

It’s an episode that doesn’t get much across with the time it’s given while also giving audiences some interesting deep dives into inner dramas.
