4400 is one of the hottest new shows to premiere this fall. A reboot of the popular 2004 series, the CW show mixes sci-fi with romance, drama with comedy, and mystery with history. The representation in the series is unmatched, allowing a wide range of groups to see themselves onscreen. In addition to its diversity, the show is doing a wonderful job of fleshing all of these characters out, making them feel like real, three-dimensional people. One character who has immediately worked their way into our hearts is Noah, played by Theo Germaine. If the actor looks familiar to you, you’re not alone. Theo Germaine plays Noah on 4400
Noah is one of the most intriguing characters on 4400. In episode two, Noah works with Mildred and Hayden to discover that he has the power of hypnosis, as he can distract the guards with his singing.
Theo Germaine is a nonbinary actor
Germaine identifies as nonbinary and uses both they/them and he/him pronouns. They recently told the LGBTQ&A podcast that they’re a huge fan of science fiction and are interested in writing their own projects in addition to acting.
Theo Germaine played James on The Politician
Germaine is probably best-known for playing James on Ryan Murphy’s Netflix dramedy The Politician. James is an ambitious, intelligent high school student and one of Payton’s closest friends. Throughout the series, James acts as Payton’s campaign manager and advisor during his run for class president. He shares most of his scenes with Ben Platt (who plays Payton) and Laura Dreyfuss (who appears as McAfee).
Theo Germaine appeared as Chris on Work in Progress
In addition to The Politician, Germaine also plays a pivotal role in Showtime dramedy Work in Progress. In this show, Germaine stars as Chris, a confident barista who enters a relationship with Abby.

Germaine has been in several films as well, including Adam and Holy Trinity. They are also set to appear in Whistler Camp with Kevin Bacon and Night’s End, directed by renowned filmmaker Jennifer Reeder.
