A Million Little Things Season 4 has a six-month time jump and catches viewers up with where everyone has been during that time. This week’s episode had a lot going on, and it was quite a whirlwind to see where each character is at.

One of the interesting things about the episode is hearing from Delilah (sort of). We don’t see her or hear her voice, but she calls Eddie (David Giuntoli) from France to check up on Sophie (Lizzy Greene). Ever since she learned about Gary’s (James Rodriguez) involvement with Peter’s (Andrew Leeds) assault, Sophie has been on a downfall and off the grid.

When Eddie arrives at the Dixon house, he finds the entire house in disarray in the aftermath of a party she had the night before. She’s hungover and a hot mess, but there’s no time for that because a realtor is coming to see the house. In exchange for helping Eddie get the house ready, he promises Sophie not to say anything to Delilah.

And that is just one of the many things that happen in this week’s episode of A Million Little Things Season 4! Check out our recap below to learn more!

A Million Little Things Season 4, Episode 6 recap: Gary

A couple of episodes ago, Gary and Darcy (Floriana Lima) parted ways after she found out Gary beat up Peter. In the six months since, a lot has changed, and when I say a lot, I mean a lot. While out, Gary finds himself at a bakery and runs into Darcy, who is in town from Lennox.

It’s a pleasant surprise to see her but even more surprising to see that she is pregnant — very pregnant. And before you jump to any conclusions, Gary is not the father. Apparently, she and her ex were spending a lot of time together while trying to get Liam settled in Lennox, and one night they slept together.

And the rest is history!

It’s exciting for Darcy, but my heart goes out to Gary, who is just in a bad place all around, disconnected from everyone and everything.

As fate would have it, after the awkward run-in with Darcy, Gary sees a red Corolla drive by and realizes that it was his very first car. He tracks down the current owner and learns he’s a college student. It ends up being an unexpectedly good day of Gary hanging out with the kid and reminiscing about the good times he had with the car. It inspires him to move on to the next stage in his life!

A Million Little Things Season 4, Episode 6 recap: Maggie

Maggie is in a relationship with Camden (Ryan Hansen), the handsome football player that she ran into at work. They’re pretty adorable together if I do say so myself.

But there is just one thing that seems a bit off. Camden never wants to go out and eat or hang out outside of Maggie’s apartment. At first, Maggie begins to think it’s because he might be dating multiple women in other states and doesn’t want to be seen. This idea is planted in her head by her boss Jane (Stephnie Weir), but luckily, it is far from the truth.

It turns out Camden’s last girlfriend felt neglected because of all the attention he got and couldn’t give her. And as a result, Camden wanted to be respectful of his relationship with Maggie and give her all the attention she deserves. Seriously, who is this guy, and does he have a brother?

In a cute twist, while the two are out together for the first time, it is Maggie who has stopped by a random fan who listens to her podcast.

However, it’s unclear if this was a cute encounter or not because later Maggie gets a call from Jane saying that one of the letters from her fan mail sounds pretty dangerous and scary. She could have a stalker following her around…and maybe it was that girl!

A Million Little Things Season 4, Episode 6 recap: Rome and Regina

Regina (Christina Moses) has been away in Florida catering on the set of a movie while Rome (Romany Malco) has been busy showing his film at the local church. They’ve been away from each other for the last six months, but they’re making it work, and I love that for them.

However, there is some cause to worry because a woman named Cassandra (Azie Tesfai) is introduced in this episode. She meets Rome at one of his screenings, and they end up getting some coffee together after to keep talking about the film.

There is definitely some flirting going on between them, but from Rome’s end, it’s harmless. He even mentions Regina, but I don’t know — I don’t have a good feeling about this. But maybe her purpose is to help Rome out with being served by a lawsuit by Paragon Plus!

Yes, that’s right. Because of the church screenings he’s been holding of his movie, which is technically the property of Paragon Plus, he’s getting sued. Cassandra has connections with entertainment lawyers, so she gives Rome her phone number and says to get in touch. However, he ends up throwing the phone number away after Regina calls him to tell him about her horrible day.

In Miami, Regina’s day at work is a bit off. She upsets Valerie (Andrea Navedo) unintentionally after Valerie learns that Regina told their director about her stint in prison. She didn’t want anyone to know, and after the director gave her some awkward stares while they were searching for missing money, Valerie decides to quit.

Regina also has a weird lunch with her father, who is a super nice guy but never has enough time to give her the attention he gives everyone else. He spends the whole hour talking about himself and doesn’t really ask Regina about her life.

She tells him as such, and he promises to stop by the set to see her at work but ends up canceling on her. So, all in all, a horrible ending to a horrible day, and she lost Valerie on top of all that.
