The Walking Dead: World Beyond might be over as a series, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t have some moments worth revisiting. The series finale might have temporarily saved Portland, but the CRM is still at large.

It looks like Jadis may have become a bigger threat than anyone realized, and who knows what the CRM will do next. However, Jadis’s return was just one of several moments that will be mentioned below.

These are listed in no particular order. Keep in mind that if you have not caught up on The Walking Dead: World Beyond or The Walking Dead, there will be spoilers ahead!

5. Jadis’s Return in The Walking Dead: World Beyond

For those familiar with The Walking Dead, Jadis, also known as Anne, was quite a strange character. She was the leader of a group that willingly lived in a garbage dump and switched sides during the war with The Saviors.

Jadis had attempted to give the CRM Negan and Father Gabriel at separate times but ultimately gave them Rick to save his life. While at the time one would say she’s a hero, that was not the case in The Walking Dead: World Beyond.

Jadis was cold, calculated, and completely brainwashed into believing in the CRM. Since she was the last person with Rick, fans had hoped that her appearance meant his whereabouts would be revealed.

Alas, they were not. However, there were several times she referenced saving him without specifically saying his name.

Fans knew she meant Rick. Her appearance on The Walking Dead: World Beyond might not have provided any details on Rick, but it does give the plot a nice change of pace.

Jadis went from the character we haven’t seen in a while to the character who probably holds the most power at the CRM. She may have survived the series finale, but that doesn’t mean she won’t meet karma in perhaps another Walking Dead series or spinoff.
